Billing, Cancellation, And Refund Policy

Overview

Boba Globe Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. This policy explains how upgrades, invoices, cancellations, and refund requests work for Boba Globe.

Shared Stripe Billing Account

Boba Globe Pro is billed by Only eSIM through Stripe. Receipts, invoices, statement descriptors, and the hosted billing portal may show Only eSIM while Boba Globe remains the service you are subscribing to.

Order Confirmations And Receipts

  • Stripe may send checkout confirmations, receipts, failed-payment notices, and cancellation notices to the email address on your account.
  • Your dashboard shows your current subscription status after Stripe confirms the checkout or billing update.
  • If you do not receive an expected receipt or notice, contact support@bobaglobe.com from the email address used for the purchase.

Invoices And Payment Methods

Stripe-hosted billing settings are available from the Boba Globe dashboard for Stripe-connected accounts. The billing portal lets paid or previously paid customers view invoice history, update payment methods, and manage subscription renewal or cancellation.

Renewals

  • Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Prices, taxes, and currency conversion may vary by location and payment method.
  • If a payment fails, your Pro access may be paused, limited, or canceled until the billing issue is resolved.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel a Stripe-connected Pro subscription from the dashboard billing portal.
  • Cancellation usually stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or support confirms a different cancellation outcome.
  • After cancellation, your account may return to Free limits when the paid access period ends.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case unless otherwise required by law. To request a refund, email support@bobaglobe.com with the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Billing Support

If the dashboard billing portal is unavailable, contact support@bobaglobe.com. We may ask for the account email and relevant Stripe receipt, invoice, or customer information so we can locate the subscription.
