Overview
Boba Globe Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. This policy explains how upgrades, invoices, cancellations, and refund requests work for Boba Globe.
Plan Features
Free accounts can use the full editor, direct-route previews of any length, route objects, textures, styling controls, and watermarked exports up to 2 segments when browser export is supported. Pro includes export for 3+ segment journeys, real flight routes, driving/transit routes, and no watermark. Real flight routes and driving/transit routes may depend on route-provider availability, browser support, and legal or account approvals.
Shared Stripe Billing Account
Boba Globe Pro is billed by Only eSIM through Stripe. Receipts, invoices, statement descriptors, and the hosted billing portal may show Only eSIM while Boba Globe remains the service you are subscribing to.
Order Confirmations And Receipts
- Before you start checkout, Boba Globe shows the selected plan price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation path, and links to this policy, the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Notice at Collection.
- Stripe checkout shows the final charge, applicable tax, payment method, and subscription details before payment is submitted. Review Stripe checkout before confirming the purchase.
- Stripe may send checkout confirmations, receipts, failed-payment notices, and cancellation notices to the email address on your account.
- Your dashboard shows your current subscription status after Stripe confirms the checkout or billing update.
- If you do not receive an expected receipt or notice, contact support@bobaglobe.com from the email address used for the purchase.
Invoices And Payment Methods
Stripe-hosted billing settings are available from the Boba Globe dashboard for Stripe-connected accounts. The billing portal lets paid or previously paid customers view invoice history, update payment methods, and manage subscription renewal or cancellation.
Renewals
- Boba Globe Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
- By starting Pro, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis for the selected billing interval until you cancel.
- Prices, taxes, and currency conversion may vary by location and payment method.
- If a payment fails, your Pro access may be paused, limited, or canceled until the billing issue is resolved.
- Promotional pricing, trials, coupons, or discounted periods may end at renewal unless Stripe checkout or the billing portal states otherwise.
- For annual subscriptions, promotional periods, and material fee changes, Boba Globe or Stripe will provide renewal reminders, price-change notices, or other subscription notices where required by law.
- If we make a material change to subscription terms, cancellation terms, or recurring fees, we will provide notice where required by law before the change takes effect.
Cancellations
- You can cancel a Stripe-connected Pro subscription online from the dashboard by selecting Manage Billing & Invoices.
- We do not require you to call support to cancel a subscription that you started online, although support remains available if the portal is unavailable or you need help.
- Cancellation usually stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or support confirms a different cancellation outcome.
- After cancellation, your account may return to Free limits when the paid access period ends.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case unless otherwise required by law. To request a refund, email support@bobaglobe.com with the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, chargeback, cooling-off, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under laws that apply to you.
Billing Support
If the dashboard billing portal is unavailable, contact support@bobaglobe.com. We may ask for the account email and relevant Stripe receipt, invoice, or customer information so we can locate the subscription.
