Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Boba Globe, you agree to these Terms. If you use Boba Globe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Boba Globe provides tools for creating animated travel map visualizations, saving projects, importing route or flight data, and exporting videos. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your login method and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Boba Globe. If local law requires a higher age, parent or guardian consent, or another age-related condition for online services, you must meet that requirement before using Boba Globe.
• We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Free And Pro Plans

Free accounts can use the editor, route objects, textures, visualization controls, direct-route previews of any length, pasted waypoint paths, and watermarked exports up to 2 segments when browser export is supported. Pro includes export for 3+ segment journeys, real flight routes, driving/transit routes, and no watermark. Real flight routes may use historical flight track imports from Flightradar24, driving routes may use provider-backed route data, and transit routes may use BusMaps-backed public-transit route data where enabled. Google Maps directions-route imports may also be available where separately licensed, approved, and enabled.

Billing

• Payments and subscription management are processed by Stripe.
• Boba Globe Pro is billed by Only eSIM through Stripe. Receipts, invoices, statement descriptors, and the hosted billing portal may show Only eSIM while Boba Globe remains the service you are subscribing to.
• Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
• By starting a Pro subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing interval until you cancel.
• For annual renewals, promotional periods, and material fee changes, Boba Globe or Stripe will provide renewal reminders, price-change notices, or other subscription notices where required by law.
• You can cancel renewal online from the dashboard by selecting Manage Billing & Invoices for Stripe-connected accounts. If the billing portal is unavailable, contact support and we will help locate and cancel the subscription.
• Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method fees may apply.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
• Additional billing, cancellation, invoice, and refund details are available in our Billing Policy.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, chargeback, cooling-off, automatic-renewal, or consumer rights that apply to you.

User Content

You retain ownership of the travel data, route data, names, and media you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, render, and display that content so we can provide Boba Globe.

This user content license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and limited to operating, securing, supporting, troubleshooting, improving, backing up, rendering, exporting, and providing Boba Globe, including through our service providers. It includes the rights to host, store, reproduce, process, format, transmit, display, and create technical or rendered outputs from your content as needed for the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, import, save, or export. You should not upload sensitive personal information, confidential itinerary data, or third-party data unless you have permission to process it through Boba Globe and its service providers.

We may remove content, disable access, or preserve records when needed to operate the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to rights complaints, protect users or providers, or investigate abuse or security issues.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Boba Globe permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information as feedback unless we have a separate written agreement.

Boba Globe Intellectual Property

Boba Globe, including the app, software, design, branding, and service content, is owned by Boba Globe or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Boba Globe for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as these Terms allow or as we agree in writing.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Boba Globe to violate laws, infringe rights, or publish harmful content.
• Do not upload, import, save, export, or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass feature gates, subscription checks, security controls, or rate limits.
• Do not scrape, attack, probe, reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the service except as permitted by our Security Policy or written permission from Boba Globe.
• Do not upload malware, exploit code, credential dumps, secrets, or content designed to disrupt, monitor, or compromise another person, system, or service.
• Do not use Boba Globe for emergency response, live navigation, aviation operations, military targeting, surveillance, regulated compliance decisions, or other safety-critical use.
• Do not upload data you do not have permission to use.

Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content processed through Boba Globe infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, email support@bobaglobe.com with enough information for us to review the complaint, including your contact information, the work or right at issue, the Boba Globe content or account involved if known, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

Boba Globe may remove or disable content, ask for more information, notify the account holder where appropriate, preserve records, or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Boba Globe has not named a separate registered DMCA agent in these Terms; if we designate one or applicable law requires different notice details, we will update these Terms or publish a separate notice page.

Legal Requests

Subpoenas, court orders, warrants, preservation requests, emergency disclosure requests, and other legal process should follow our Legal Requests page. We may preserve or disclose information when required or permitted by law, valid legal process, security or abuse prevention needs, or emergency circumstances, and we may notify affected account holders where legally allowed.

Export Controls And Sanctions

You may use Boba Globe only if you are legally allowed to do so. You are responsible for complying with applicable export control, sanctions, anti-boycott, and trade compliance laws. You may not use Boba Globe if doing so would violate those laws, including because you are subject to a restricted-party list, located in a jurisdiction where the service is prohibited, or using the service for a prohibited end use.

Flight And Map Data

Imported or third-party flight and map data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. If enabled, Geoapify route features are powered by Geoapify and OpenStreetMap-derived data and are subject to the Geoapify Terms and Conditions, Geoapify Privacy Policy, and OpenStreetMap attribution requirements. If the optional Google Maps provider is enabled, Google Maps driving-route features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Boba Globe is a creative visualization tool and should not be used for navigation, safety, operational, or compliance decisions.

Third-Party Services

Boba Globe may connect to third-party services for authentication, hosting, payment processing, email delivery, maps, route data, and asset delivery. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability limits, and account requirements. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we identify key providers in our Privacy Policy and Service Providers And Subprocessors page.

Exports And Public Sharing

You are responsible for reviewing exported videos before sharing them. Exports may include route names, destination labels, visualized travel paths, and other project content you entered or imported.

Privacy And Service Communications

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how Boba Globe handles personal information, cookies, and browser storage. We may send transactional emails about authentication, billing, subscription changes, security, and important service updates.

Boba Globe does not currently send marketing newsletters or third-party promotional email campaigns. We may operate invitation-only creator or affiliate programs with one-time access links, creator promo codes, audience discounts, and creator commission terms. If unrelated marketing emails or broad promotional messages are added later, they must be reviewed for required consent, opt-out, unsubscribe, sender-identification, and suppression-list controls before launch.

Disclaimers

Boba Globe is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boba Globe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boba Globe and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fees, and expenses arising from your content, your exports or public sharing, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your violation of another person's rights. This section does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes And Termination

We may update the service or these Terms as Boba Globe evolves. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating this page. You may stop using Boba Globe at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access where these Terms allow.
